Applications of Meltblown Fabric
- Medical and Hygienic fabrics: Production of surgical gowns, protective clothing, disinfectants, masks, diapers, sanitary napkins and etc

Meltblown Production Line Process
In the Meltblown production process, the machine uses high-velocity hot air to draw a thin stream of molten polymer out of the mold opening, resulting in tiny fibers that condense on the plate or roller. These fibers are transformed into a non-woven fabric through “self-adhesion”.
