T-DIE Head for Extruder

Heads that are for the production of specialized sheets such as PET.PVC and PC in special thicknesses or in the form of hollow sheets that these heads are ordered and purchased from head manufacturers from Turkey, Korea, China or Taiwan.

In the construction of the die head for the body, hot-alloy steel is used, which has the least expansion at the wing temperature, so that there is no problem for rotating the thickness adjustment screws and the head die tolerance of the sheet.

After finishing the machining steps, the whole body of the head die is completely grinded on the outside and inside of the head die, and in the last stage, all sections of the head die that are in contact with polymer materials are hardened with chrome plating and polished with high accuracy.
