B-2) PP/PS/PE Sheet Production Machine (construction & home appliances):

Sheet Width: 80-280 cm

Sheet thickness: 0.3-2 & 1-7mm

Production Capacity: 150-500 kg/h

B-3) PVC Sheet Production Machine (construction):

Sheet Width: 122 cm

Sheet Thickness: 2-22 mm

Production Capacity: 500 kg/h

B-4) PA/PC Sheet Production Machine

There are two types of Extruder in this company:

Single Screw Extruder & Twin Screw Extruder

Single Screw Extruder

This extruder uses for production and extruder of polymer material PP/PS/PE/PET/ABS as granules. This extruder can be manufactured and provided with capacities of 20-800 kg/h.

This company`s extruders have screen changer dual mode mesh filter and melt pump (it is used to build up constant pressure, ensure constant and output enables a higher output power).

To manufacturing these extruders we used high & medium speed cylinder mardon with bimetallic alloy and steel. Instead of long life lasting this extruder it can be worked at high speed (unlike most cylinder mardon in Iran), so materials output mostly related to screw diameter, of course use suitable gearbox and electromotor and standard compliance is important.

High quality Cylinder mardon which used in this type of extruder made in china (1^st grade) that is tried and tested. Behsazan Polymer warranties the cylinder mardon besides whole extruder.

The gearbox which used in this type of extruder is a kind of extruder gearbox which made in china’s factory (Guamo-the best producers of chine`s gearbox). It has radiator, oil cooling system and oil circulating pump.

The electrical panels of these extruders can also be ordered by the customer in PLC mode or digital thermostat with SSR contactor.
